We will swiftly respond to all the general questions and forward the issue to our admins if any further assistance is needed. If you make use of the Optional Managed Services package, we’ll carry out any of the included server management services at a time that has been agreed upon beforehand.
A Premium Customer Care Service
- We will be online for you 24/7/365 to respond to any questions that you may have about our Control Panel or any of the apps that we have pre–installed for your convenience on the server. In case you also require support with server administration procedures, you can have a look at our Optional Managed Services package, which includes backup hard disk drive space, Operating System updates on a weekly basis, server monitoring and restarting services, plus problem troubleshooting and installation services.

We have equipped our Control Panel with a comprehensive knowledge base, which offers exhaustive explanations of all its features and functions. Additionally, we have prepared in–depth video tutorials that will further explain to you how to perform a certain operation or troubleshoot a regularly encountered issue. All the help articles and the tutorial videos are easily reachable from every section of the Control Panel via the Videos and Help buttons in the upper right corner.
